Revolving Kitchen, the 25-unit commissary and virtual food hall has announced that Five Guys Burgers, Wing Stop, Cotton Patch and Hawaiian Bros are all opening their very first ghost kitchens here at their DFW space.

“Cotton Patch Cafe is excited to offer our scratch-made, Southern favorites in Dallas with the opening of our first remote ghost kitchen. We see this as an opportunity to reach new customers, test out new menu items and bring more flexibility to our guests and staff.” Said Cotton Patch CEO Mazen Albataresh.

RK has also opened a patio for customers who would like to dine on site instead of having it delivered. Located just outside the entrance, it features nine “picnic style” tables that can seat around fifty.

Founded by local restaurateur Tyler Shin, Revolving Kitchen enables small business owners and food entrepreneurs a way to build and grow their business without the startup costs of running a full service restaurant. Shin is also actively looking for more locations in DFW.

The Revolving Kitchen Virtual Food Hall app allows a family or group to order different cuisines from any or all of them on one single order. Customers can select pickup or delivery, pay a single delivery fee, and pick up the order or have it delivered directly to their door. The app is not mandatory for all restaurants housed there. Restaurants not on the app will use a combination of third party delivery services such as doordash and/or their own websites.
