The Thompson San Antonio – Riverwalk signature restaurant Landrace is hosting its second dinner of the Landrace Dinner Series featuring the Duckhorn Portfolio this Thursday, September 16. Additionally, Chef Robert Cantu of The Moon’s Daughters, Thompson San Antonio’s rooftop restaurant, has been invited to join the Homegrown Chef’s Burger Showdown Competition on Saturday, October 9. The community fundraising event, in its second year, will feature some of the best chefs from San Antonio to compete. Funds will go towards providing fresh fruit and vegetables to industry folks and San Antonio families in need of support through the Big Fresh Market Box program of the Big State Produce Co. industry.
