Adelmo’s Ristorante and La Cave Wine Boutique are hosting a special wine dinner with special guest and winemaker Stefano Liuzzi of Cascina Liuzzi, an Italian winery which opened in 2001 when when Liuzzi’s father and mother decided to purchase a farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards located in Nizza Monferrato, Italy. Since the beginning, Liuzzi cared for his vineyards, enjoying being close to nature.

Karen Cakebread launched ZIATA—named for her beloved mother Mary Annunziata Webb—in 2008 with a widely revered Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Today, the collection also includes the Mia Madre Red Blend, a moving tribute to Karen’s mom. Embarking on her own business venture gave Karen the opportunity to become immersed in every aspect of guiding a wine from vine to bottle to table. We just caught word of what will most definitely be an amazing pop-up with Matt McCallister and at a fun location – the Zodiac at Neiman Marcus downtown Dallas March 8, 2018 at 7pm.
McCallister is the chef-owner of FT33 in the Design District and has been nominated for a a James Beard for Best Chef of the Southwest, Food and Wine named him Best New Chef and his restaurant was featured on the Top 50 New Restaurant list from Bon Appétit.
