Revolving Kitchen hosts its Spring Garland Food Fest with more than 20 local food vendors and their very popular hot dog and wing eating contests.
This free admission event is held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 12 pm to 5 pm, at Revolving Kitchen: 520 Shepherd Drive, Garland, TX 75042. The Dallas Sidekicks’ players will make a special appearance from 12 pm to 3 pm for autographs and for giveaways.
The family-friendly event will have arts and crafts, face painting, raffle prizes (mostly gift cards to Revolving Kitchen’s restaurants) and hourly facility tours of Revolving Kitchen. A DJ will be spinning fun tunes throughout the day. The hot dog eating contest will be held at 1:30 pm and wing eating contest at 2:30 pm with cash prizes. Contestants can sign up for the contests at the information booth the day-of.
There’s a cuisine for everyone. Local favorites at the food festival includes La Taco Trona, Hawaiian Bros, Mi Eva Taqueria, Bondi Bowls, Fire for the Lord BBQ, Porcha’s Southern Puddings and Cobblers, Vegan Kebab, The Bop Bop, Sugababy Canes, Ravishing Entrees & Desserts, Charmed by Missa Homestyle Vegan Kitchen, Cowboy Trap’n, Bravada Biscuits, El Tenampa, and Crooked Crust Pizza.
Revolving Kitchen is home to many popular locally-owned restaurants and culinary businesses including TLC Vegan Kitchen which was recently lauded.
As of today, Revolving Kitchen is completely full with 25 ghost kitchens or culinary businesses working inside its 34,000 square feet facilities.
Outside of the festival, food can be ordered through the Revolving Kitchen app or ordered in-person at the front counter to get access to most of the ghost kitchens.
