JingHe Japanese was founded by the visionary husband-and-wife team, the Jing’s. With a dream and the support of family and friends, the Jing’s set out to redefine the local dining scene and offer a place for the community to come together and enjoy traditional food inspired by their heritage. JingHe Japanese celebrated its grand opening on January 6th, marking a milestone of Jing’s lifelong dream coming to fruition.
JingHe Japanese Restaurant brings an exquisite blend of traditional Izakaya-inspired cuisine within its modern interior. The menu features specialty grilled items- marinated fresh and grilled-to-order, sashimi, cold and hot appetizers, noodles, and desserts. The drink menu is unique to Dallas’s dining scene, with an extensive Sake list with varieties that guests won’t find elsewhere.
The menu at JingHe Japanese Restaurant boasts an array of quality dishes – find enticing tapas like the Takoyaki (Stuffed octopus pancake balls) and Gyoza, to savory high-end BBQs such as A5 Wagyu and Chashu (Japanese braised pork belly), and the freshest sashimi.
