
The Blue Room at Emilia’s at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth, as they announce the third in a series of exclusive culinary collaboration dinners, this time with esteemed 2023 James Beard Award nominee Chef Junior Borges. This extraordinary dining event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

The collaboration will feature a meticulously crafted pre-fixe menu, showcasing the culinary talents of Emilia’s own Chef Preston Paine alongside Chef Borges, celebrated for his inventive interpretations of Brazilian-inspired dishes.
Seating for this exclusive dinner experience is limited, and reservations are required. Tickets are available at $200 per guest, not inclusive of tax and gratuity, and can be obtained via Resy.
