Les Dames d’ Escoffier Dallas, the philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality, will host its annual fundraising event this year on Saturday, September 21, at Tate Farms located at 12992 Farm to Market 548, Rockwall, TX 75032.
This premier festival gathering celebrates the culinary arts with an array of gourmet bites from top female chefs in the metroplex, while offering a curated selection of wines and spirits that highlight female-led initiatives.
Chef Co-Chair Jennifer Bajsel says, “Since 1985, the Dallas chapter has raised more than $1,500,000 to fund endowments, scholarships, grants and local non-profits. Our members are dedicated to supporting and promoting the achievement of women in the arts of the table and fostering excellence through educational and charitable activities. We hope Dallas and the surrounding areas will come out to support us this year and throughout!”
Guests will be able to dance the night away to the performances of local bands and mingle with industry professionals and fellow food enthusiasts.
Beyond the festivities, this event is dedicated to supporting the achievements of women in the culinary field, with all proceeds benefiting scholarships and community programs aimed at advancing women’s roles in the industry.
Heather Kurima, Co-Chair says, “We are thrilled to bring back our big fundraiser with a Texas Twist. The event will showcase top female talent from Texas, in food and beverage, and help us continue to support women in the hospitality industry.”
The event will offer VIP admission ay 5pm, with general admission 6pm – 9pm. Tickets for VIP cost $125 (includes early access, exclusive tastings, and a special gift) with General Admission offered at $85 per person.
A shuttle bus from Dallas to Rockwall will be available for additional purchase. Local hotels in Dallas and Rockwall will offer special rates for ticket holders.
