SusieCakes Launches Fresh Summer Treats Just in Time for the Season

Starting June 20, SusieCakes is celebrating the first day of summer with a trio of limited-time desserts inspired by fresh fruit and citrus flavors. These seasonal treats are handmade using simple, wholesome ingredients—and they’re only available for a short time.

The highlight is Susie’s Fresh Berry Cake, a light vanilla sponge layered with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, all finished with fluffy whipped cream. It’s colorful, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties or picnics.

Also back for the season is the bakery’s beloved Key Lime Pie, made with smooth lime filling in a graham cracker crust and topped with SusieCakes’ signature Chantilly whipped cream. Available by the slice or as a full 9-inch pie, it’s ideal for sharing—or not.

Both the Berry Cake and Key Lime Pie are available through Labor Day.

And for a fun twist, don’t miss the Strawberry Lemonade Cupcake, on shelves now through July 27. It’s a vanilla cupcake filled with real strawberries, topped with lemon buttercream and a playful sprinkle of pink and yellow sugar.
