An Exclusive Antinori Wine Dinner at The Blue Room at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth

The Blue Room at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth is hosting a truly special evening: the Tuscany in Texas Wine Dinner on Wednesday, November 5th at 7:30 p.m. This exclusive five-course dinner celebrates the legendary Marchesi Antinori estate, one of Italy’s oldest and most esteemed wine families. Tickets are $200 per person, not including tax or gratuity.

Guests will have the rare chance to learn the story behind these iconic wines from GaYoung Kim, Education Director for Marchesi Antinori, and Glenn Salva, Estate Manager for Antinori Napa Valley, as they guide attendees through a tasting of the evening’s featured selections.

The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Preston Paine, blends Tuscan inspiration with the best of Texas ingredients:

  • Shrimp & Sundried Tomato Risotto with Tarragon and Preserved Lemon, paired with 2023 Guado al Tasso Vermentino Bolgheri
  • Grilled Lettuces with Candied Walnuts and Gorgonzola Dolce, paired with 2021 Tenuta Tignanello Chianti Classico Riserva
