Fort Worth’s original beer emporium, Flying Saucer, is hosting a lively St. Patrick’s Day celebration in downtown Fort Worth on Tuesday, March 17, bringing together Irish beer specials, festive food, and live music for one of the city’s most anticipated holiday gatherings.
As a longtime staple of the downtown bar scene, Flying Saucer is known for its extensive craft beer selection and energetic atmosphere — making it a natural destination for St. Patrick’s Day in Fort Worth. This year’s celebration features $5 local Irish drafts, including specialty brews from Peticolas Brewing Company, Manhattan Project Beer Co., and False Idol Brewing. Beer enthusiasts can explore seasonal and limited releases while raising a glass to Irish tradition.
Live music kicks off at 7 p.m. when popular DFW rock band The Black Cherries takes the stage. The band will perform from 7–10 p.m., delivering a high-energy rock ’n’ roll set that adds to the festive downtown Fort Worth atmosphere.
In addition to drink specials, guests can enjoy classic St. Patrick’s Day food offerings. The featured Shepherd’s Pie is a hearty blend of seasoned ground beef, mixed vegetables, and savory gravy, topped with creamy mashed potatoes and baked until golden. Collectible St. Patrick’s Day glasses will also be available for purchase, giving guests a keepsake from the celebration.
Located at 111 E. Third Street at Commerce, Flying Saucer sits in the center of downtown Fort Worth’s entertainment district, making it an easy stop for those looking to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with craft beer, Irish fare, and live music.
