BarnLight Eatery, a modern southern restaurant rich in Texas tradition, today announced the opening of its doors to the Frisco community. The unique family-owned concept offers elevated comfort cuisine in a laid back environment. The new restaurant is located on the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Custer Road at 15922 Eldorado Parkway, Frisco. Owners Philip and Christina Doyal are sixth generation Texans with a passion to carry on the tradition of preparing hearty and wholesome food.
“We want to give guests a place where they can stop and take a moment to enjoy what we call ‘elevated comfort cuisine’,” said Executive Chef and Co-Owner Philip Doyal. “We focus on using high-quality, wholesome ingredients to create all of our dishes. The American palate has become accustomed to bold manufactured flavors, and at BarnLight we believe that well-prepared food does not require over seasoning.
