Grace Presents “Feast of the Seven Fishes” Wine Dinner

Join Chef Blaine Staniford on Tuesday, December 15th as Grace celebrates the holidays with a traditional Italian celebration of Christmas Eve with a seven-course meal in honor of the “Feast of Seven Fishes.” Originating in Southern Italy, the feast typically consists of seven different seafood dishes.

Guests will taste seven different seafood dishes such as Crudo of Spanish Mackerel with Castelvetrano Olives, Celery Leaves, Egg Yolk Bottarga & Pumpkin Seeds; Chatham Bay Cod Croquettes with Celery Root Remoulade & Meyer Lemon and Mascarpone Panna Cotta with Macerated Huckleberries, Limoncello Sorbet & Almond Crumble.

Hand-selected wine pairings by Grace sommelier, Jenny Kornblum, will be available with each course. Reception will begin at 6:30PM followed promptly by dinner at 7PM. Reception at 6:30pm. Call 817-877-3388 for reservations. Cost is  $150 per person plus tax and gratuity.   Continue reading →

Pre-James Beard House Dinner At Grace July 24th

Join chef Blaine Staniford in celebration on July 24th at Grace as he prepares his menu for his upcoming dinner at the James Beard House on August 3rd. Guests will be guided through a menu created for the prestigious culinary institute, featuring dishes such as Rock Shrimp Tartare, Smoked Ocean Trout, Koshihikari Risotto with basil fed snails, black garlic cream and shiso and Popcorn Panna Cotta with dulce de leche, aerated milk chocolate and blackberries.  Continue reading →

Grace to Host Exotic Mushrooms Dinner Jan 16th

Grace executive chef Blaine Staniford is ushering in 2015 with an exotic mushroom dinner on the evening of Friday, January 16. Diners will be graced with Hon Shimeji, Trumpet Royale, Hen of the Woods and many other mushrooms during this six-course dinner which includes wine pairings. Vegetarian and vegan menu is also available. This special dinner is Friday, January 16, 2015 with the reception beginning at 6:30pm, and dinner service 7:00pm. Report: Grace and Möet Hennessy Team Up To Vex Diners with a Blind Tasting

It was a packed room at Grace on Wednesday night as the restaurant teamed with Möet Hennessy to do a sumptuous wine and food dinner. After a pre-prandial glass of Möet Hennessy’s most famous wine, Möet & Chandon’s Brut Champagne we sat down to a wine dinner with a difference. The guests did not know what the wines were! Grace Owners To Open Little Red Wasp

Adam and Caroline Grace Jones will be adding a new restaurant to their repertoire. We just heard that the owners of the beautiful downtown Fort Worth restaurant designed by Caroline will be opening a new concept called Little Red Wasp.

No news on a location or what the restaurant will feature, but we did hear that Grace executive chef Blaine Staniford will be behind the menu which officially makes him a corporate chef.  More news as we hear.
