Dain “Adam” Jones, the visionary behind both Grace and Little Red Wasp, the vibrant culinary experience that has made the original Fort Worth location a beloved staple since its opening in September 2013.

At the heart of Little Red Wasp’s appeal is its diverse menu, which features a variety of mouthwatering dishes. Appetizers like the Brisket Potstickers, complemented by Hatch chilis and a zesty citrus dipping sauce, set the stage for a memorable meal. The Cheeseburger, crafted with aged cheddar and drizzled with a special wasp sauce on a fluffy potato bun, is a standout favorite among patrons. For heartier fare, the Chicken Fried Beef Tenderloin is served with creamy Yukon mash, rich black pepper gravy, and Brussels sprouts, offering a satisfying twist on a classic dish. Seafood lovers will delight in the Scallops + Grits, featuring succulent scallops paired with andouille sausage, scallions, and a luscious creole butter sauce.

The original Little Red Wasp has become known for its “knife + fork sandwiches” and daily lunch specials, including a popular Cuban sandwich that attracts crowds each Friday. With its laid-back vibe and culinary creativity, Little Red Wasp has endeared Tarant Country with its little red charm.
