Truluck’s Addison Closed

by Steven Doyle

I just spoke to Bo Dorton from Truluck’s after getting a Deep Throat sort of tip that the Addison restaurant would be closing after sixteen and a half years of operation. Dorton started with the restaurant seventeen years ago and actually opened the Addison location, so it was a particularly disheartening bit of news for him to take.

The closure is due to losing their lease on Belt Line, but they will be opening another massive location near Downtown on McKinney. Truluck’s other locations remain open.

It may be no coincidence that this is the beginning of stone crab season.
