The Meadows Celebrates Spanish Food and Wine

The majority of the collection at the Meadows Art Museum  focuses on the Spanish “Golden Age.” From the 1550s to nearly the beginning of the 18th century, Spain experienced a flowering of the arts. The Meadows collection contains masterworks by Velázquez, Murillo, Ribera, and many others working during this time.

Today the Meadows is well known for their Spanish collection and have a few upcoming food and wine events that will celebrate Spain.      

The Food Culture of Spain: Wine Tasting Your Way Through Spain!

What:         Discover delicious whites and reds as we travel through the romantic regions of Spain. Wines presented by Freixenet USA  will be paired with light fare from Central Market. Partners: Freixenet USA  and Central Market.
