TJ’s Seafood To Open Second Market, Adding Restaurant

by Jerry Stewart

Word from Jon Alexis, owner of TJ’s Seafood Market and our go-to guy for anything seafood or Rock and Roll related at craveDFW, the solo shop located at Preston and Forest is about to have a sibling. The new shop will be located in the Shops at Highland Park on Oak Lawn joining culinary neighbors Nosh, Carbone’s, Mint and La Duni, amazing this one amazing foodie shopping center.

The new seafood shop will service 24 seats in addition to the seafood counter, meaning you will be able to gawk, gaze and dine on your favorite fresh catch of the day.

Alexis said that the new shop will enable him to bring in even more interesting and rare species of seafood, and anticipates better pricing with volume purchases that he was not able to enjoy with a single location.

Look for the new shop to open early October 2012.
