Not one but two new tenants are finding their way into UT Arlington’s College Park Development. Look for Digg’s Taco Shop and Smiling Moose Deli. This is Smiling Moose’s fourth Texas location and they are known for “free cookie Wednesday”. Digg’s has another location on Hillcrest near the SMU campus.
College Park opened in August 2012 and includes the following retail tenants: MAVS Sports Grill, Pho Xpress, Pie Five Pizza Co., GRIP Mediterrean Grill, and Coolberry Frozen Yogurt. It is a 20-acre residential, retail, and mixed-use development that is located south of UTA Boulevard between Pecan Street and Center Street. The district is anchored by College Park Center, a 7,000-seat sports and entertainment venue.
