The boys who are opening Luck, the new restaurant slated to open in just a few months in Trinity Groves, will be hosting another pop-up dinner in preparation of the restaurant. We have chatted the guys up here, and love their cuisine. Luck will have an affinity for beer, and they plan on using the ingredient often in their recipes along with plenty of beers on tap. If you are curious as to which beers they will feature, think local.
Now you have a chance for a foreshadowing of the menu by checking out their pop-up dinner hosted in Fort Worth at Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine. They will also feature drafts from the very new Community Beer Company.
You can purchase tickets and view the menu on the ticketing website. The dinner will be on April 8, 32013 with two seatings. One at 6pm and one at 7pm. The menu for the beer paired dinner looks amazing. Seats are $60 each.
