On Friday evening May 3, seasoned sommeliers will present the “Hidden Gems of Italy” wine tasting in a private room at one of the top steakhouses in Texas: Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas. The evening will feature a unique tasting of outstanding Italian vintages of vibrant fruit and flavor to suit the most discriminating palate.
From the Alps to the sunny Mediterranean, Italy’s wines exemplify the epitome of diversity. Guests will have the opportunity to taste these hidden gems from some of the finest vineyard regions throughout Italy. Pappas Bros. executive chef James Johnson will pair the unique selections with his tempting array of seasonal hors d’oeuvres.
