Chef Richard Chamberlain worked his way through El Centro’s culinary program in Dallas, taking his first position in fine dining at the legendary Mansion on Turtle Creek working with the opening chef, Christian Chemin. Just a few short years later Chamberlain went on to work with Dean Fearing as sous at Agnew’s in Dallas, and a series of marvelous restaurants such as Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, Ratcliffe’s and San Simeon in Dallas, and the Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado.

In 1993 the chef opened Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop House in Addison, and is now enjoying his 20th year in business. To commemorate the occasion Chamberlain’s will be hosting a week-long celebration June 10-14, 2013.

A portion of sales during the celebration will benefit the Wounded Warrior affiliate Ride 2 Recovery which aims to improve the health and wellness of healing heroes by providing life changing experience that can impact the lives of Wounded Warriors forever.

To make a reservation during the celebration call 972.934.2467. Chamberlain’s is located at 5330 Belt Line Road in Addison.

Congratulations to chef Chamberlain and his staff.
