Tickets are now on sale for the Fourth Annual Dallas Chocolate Conference and Festival to be held Saturday, October 26th with a special class Sunday, October 27th. This is an exciting day of chocolate-filled greatness starting with the Chocolatiers’ Roundtable at 10am where you will learn about the craft, from baking to chocolate making. Then there are the samples.

They’ve invited two great chocolate makers to teach you how to do what they do in a hands-on class. Tejas Chocolate’s Scott Moore, Jr. and Dandelion Chocolate’s Alice Nystrom will walk you through cracking and winnowing of cacao beans, grinding, melanging, tempering, all the way through the final molding of chocolate bars. There will also be a special tasting of bars from Tejas and Dandelion. It’s a class you don’t want to miss and has very limited seating so get your ticket now.
