As you might already know I lead culinary tours each week in Dallas to some very interesting places. In the past few weeks we ran a BBQ tour, visiting places such as Pecan Lodge (no line, no wait), Mike Anderson’s (loverly bacon wrapped and brisket stuffed quail). We also completed a bacon tour for national bacon day last week. That was simply amazing. Now we have something extra special for you planned this Saturday; an Asian Tour of Dallas.
