Al’s Pizzeria, the family-owned restaurant known for its authentic New York-style pizza, is set to re-open this fall in its original location at the Village at Bachman Lake.
The owners of the restaurant have leased a 1,785 square-foot space in a new building under construction in the 400,000-square-foot community shopping center. The center, anchored by Walmart Supercenter and Sam’s Club, is located at the northwest corner of Northwest Highway and Marsh Lane.
“We are pleased to be returning to our original location near Bachman Lake in a new, updated building,” said owner Medo Pjetrovic.” “We look forward to serving our loyal customers, some who have been coming to Al’s Pizzeria since it first opened in 1974.”
Amy Pjetrovic-Hunnicutt of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented Al’s Pizzeria in lease negotiations.
Go for the crisp, thin “metro” pizza at Olivella’s on Mockingbird at Abrams, where they make their own mozzarella. Of course, don’t miss Cane Russo and Eno’s in the Art’s Distsrict.
Gabe, you’re a goob! Get your pizza at Al’s! They are now open!
Neither Olivella’s nor Cane Rosso can hold a candle to the one, the only, the original: Al’s Pizzeria, since 1974. Gabe is a douche.
The original Al’s Pizzeria was owned by Robert Pasquale, the current used to work as a dishwasher at Cici’s Pizza, he doesn’t know anything about the Italian food. Robert is a Maestro of Italian food, Robert currently owns Al Forno’s in Flower Mound, TX, Napoli’s in Amarillo, TX and La Bistro in Hurst, TX, that’s where you go if you want real Italian food.

Al’s Pizza uses cheese that tastes like a candle wax. It is soo nasty. Carmine’s Pizza is the best in Dallas
Current owner of Al’s pizzeria knows nothing about the pizza business. Robert was the previous owner, Robert opened Alforno’s Pizzeria at 2260 Morriss Rd, Flower Mound, TX .. (972) 355-1709. Go to Alforno’s if you can get in, since there’s always a line of people waiting to get in.
