For more than two years there was a promise for the space at 4513 Travis, formerly Trece. The Establishment opened just over one month ago, and since there has been mention of a dozen types of oysters, our friend and photographer Joey Stewart happily volunteered to buzz in a few times to check out the new menu. Loosen your belt and live vicariously through Joey’s mouth. Please note that all these beautiful plates are only $10, and the oysters chime in at a low $2 each.
