This is the weekend many of you have been waiting for – SALT is finally having their launch party tonight. There will be cocktail specials, live DJ music and delicious food. SALT will be introducing their new dining menu which will include tropical Pineapple & Jalapeno Escabeche Alaskan Cod and Pan Seared Rockfish, sweet-chili calamari, and smoked beef carpaccio.
The entire menu looks as bright as the pool adorned atmosphere.

It so happens that Sunset Lounge is getting in on this great weekend experience, which coincidentally happens to be right across the street.
