Celebrating the dish in all its glory, Bone Daddy’s House of Smoke will kick off the first Beer Can Chicken Day on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. To be held every second Tuesday in May annually, Beer Can Chicken Day revels in man’s ultimate barbecue creation.
Bone Daddy’s will offer their version of beer can chicken, a whole chicken marinated for 24 hours and then “violated” with a Miller High Life can and smoked for two hours, half-price ($7.89) on Beer Can Chicken Day.
