Eat Me: The Wild Bill at the Swiss Pastry Shop

If your name happens to be Muller, you no doubt know your way around meats. Such is the case of Swiss Pastry Shop Hans Muller in Fort Worth who sends us this beauty. Imagine if you will the Buffalo Bill which is made of Wagyu, Buffalo Jalapeño sausage, 18 month aged extra sharp white cheddar an grilled onions on brioche.  

Muller quips, “No Donkey Sauce added.” We can only thank him for that fact.

Check out the Swiss Pastry Shop located at 3936 W. Vickery in Fort Worth. While you are there, make sure to nab a slice of the legendary Black Forest Cake.
