Adam Avery at Bird Café Nov 11th

Bird Café is hosting Adam Avery, President and Brewmaster of the award-winning Avery Brewing Company in Boulder, CO for The Avery Experience. On Wednesday, November 11 at 6:30pm.  Avery will  lead a guided beer experience featuring nine unique brews expertly paired with five courses crafted by Chef David McMillan.Cost is $85 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. For more information go to their website.  Bird Café is located at 155 E. 4th and Commerce with complimentary valet parking available on Commerce between 3rd and 4th. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 11am-midnight, Friday and Saturday 11am-2am and Sunday 10am-10pm.

Insula Multos Collibus (American Wild Ale 9.7%)

Roast antelope toast, fig preserves, Boursin and onion pickle on Boston brown bread
Fortuna (American Wild Ale 8.1%)

Hamachi crudo, yuzu ice, Bourbon barrel soy, charred shishito and taro chips
Tectum et Elix (American Wild Ale 5.5%) and Raspberry Sour (American Wild Ale 6.5%)

Savory Latte Da goat cheese, beet and raspberry panna cotta and Thai basil
Tweak (Imperial Stout 17.81%) and The Beast (Grand Cru 15%)

Whole roasted and carved smoked bacon slab, anadama pain perdue and warm “A” Vermont maple syrup
Rumpkin (Pumpkin Ale 16.73%) and Pump[ky]n (Pumpkin Ale 17.22%)

Malted Pavlova, milk chocolate mousse, anglaise, pumpkin juice caramel and toasted pumpkin seed brittle and oil
