Season four of Esquire Network’s Knife Fight kicks off on November 10th with Dallas’s own Tre Wilcox. Fresh off the announcement of his new events, catering and cooking classes venture, Tre Wilcox Cooking Concepts, Chef Tre will participate in Esquire’s spirited underground cooking competition.

In each episode, two chefs go head-to-head in a tournament-style battle and must create at least two dishes from a combination of secret ingredients. They look to conquer both the challenge and each other, as their cooking is judged by series host and former Top Chef winner, Ilan Hall.

The season opener will see Tre face off against Chef Luis Bollo, the talented Spanish chef behind New York City’s Salinas. In this contest, the two contenders are presented with live soft shell crab and must think fast to conceptualize, cook and plate their best dishes.

“Competing on Knife Fight was exhilarating, challenging and incredibly fun, and I think my friends and supports will enjoy seeing the episode,” said Wilcox. “My varied experience as an executive chef and private chef as well as my time competing on Top Chef prepared me for Knife Fight, where I enjoyed showcasing my skills alongside the great Luis Bollo.”

Chef Tre’s episode airs November 10th at 9:30pm, and each Tuesday thereafter, two episodes will air back-to-back starting at 8pm.
