Street’s Fine Chicken, Cedar Springs’ Southern chicken house, announced it will open a second location in Dallas. The new location, planned to open summer 2017 at Forest Lane and Inwood Road, will be a fast-casual version of the concept. This is very near the legendary restaurant family’s burger joint, Liberty Burger.
“The Dallas market has really embraced the fast-casual model and we think it’s here to stay,” said Marco Street, owner of Street’s Fine Chicken. “We’ve had success with Liberty Burger at Forest Lane and Inwood and we’re eager to launch our first fast-casual chicken spot next door.”
Sin Killer
The chicken house’s new location will continue to deliver Street’s menu favorites such as the Sin Killer, flame-grilled, marinated chicken in olive oil, agave nectar, orange peel, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, onion, Peri Peri peppers, herbs and spices; Fried Chicken¸ brined and French Fried in herbs from various French Province; Roasted & Toasted Chicken and Chicken Fried Steak.
Additionally, the restaurant will offer whole chickens for sale, spatchcock style, and will cater towards to-go orders. Street’s will feature Dallas sourced craft beer and select wine on tap.
