Chef Aaron Thomas and Eclair Bistro have launched their “Projection Mapping and 7-course tasting menu dinner”. One of a handful of such presentations worldwide and the first in DFW. The Chef’s Choice” tasting menu includes upscale contemporary presentations of our from-scratch/handmade fare along with an exciting visual table top graphics program. Available for up to six guests, the newest addition to Eclair Bistro’s dining experience is guaranteed to delight.

The tasting menu starts in Eclair Bistro’s VIP lounge. Courses include an amuse bouche, starter, bread and artisan butter, sea course, land course, palette cleanser, and dessert. Drinks, tax and gratuity not included.
