Circo, a luxury restaurant from famed restaurant brand Le Cirque, will open in Uptown Dallas this spring, featuring two floors of upscale dining and Circo Beach, a resort-style pool and day spa.

Originally founded by the hospitality industry’s well-known Maccioni Family, expands to Texas through a partnership with Dallas-based WhiteROC Hospitality Group.

“After much anticipation, we are honored to welcome Dallas to the iconic Circo by Le Cirque. Our goal is to be an iconic Dallas destination enjoyed year round. With 25,000 square feet of space, we look forward to hosting our guests for all occasions and any special events,” said Lauren Santagati, chief executive officer of WhiteROC Hospitality Group.

WhiteROC brings a modern touch to the classic concept while keeping the traditions and original influence of the brand. Located on the first floor, the 180-seat main dining room features modern and invigorating design elements reminiscent of a European circus. Upon entering, guests will be drawn to a 6,500-pound chandelier atop the grand spiral staircase, as well as views into a hand-painted chocolate truffle room and glass-encased pillars featuring handwritten letters to the Maccioni family from famed influential leaders, such as John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. Adjacent the main dining room is the live action g’manger station where guests select their seafood choice, flown in daily, and chefs prepare cold dishes.

Executive Chef Alfio Longo leads the culinary operations at Circo Dallas. Born and raised in Italy, esteemed Chef Alfio Longo brings his culinary expertise to Circo Dallas following chef positions at Circo New York and The Beach Club by Le Cirque.

The coastal Italian menu will offer signature dishes including a prized lobster salad, crème brulee, Mama Egi Ravioli and award-winning Trofie Pasta al Pesto. Other signature offerings include octopus Salvatore, lobster risotto, carré d’agneau and chocolate soufflé. Fresh dishes such as caviar and selections of tuna, salmon and steak tartare will be prepared tableside. Many of the menu selections are sourced from across the globe, such as 7X Ranch dry-aged steak, and others are exclusive to Circo, such as Circo’s own olive oil from Italy. Any of the selections can be paired with one of 200 wines offered, as well as specialty cocktails, brandy, martinis and calvados.

A large spiral staircase ascends to the second floor, which features a 70-seat lounge with wraparound outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing with wine and handcrafted cocktails. Perfect for any special event or private celebration, the lounge will also feature Tea Time on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Just outside the doors on the second level, guests will be transported to Circo Beach, a day resort with two pools – one with a glass bottom, seven private cabanas, day beds, DJ stage, private bar and locker rooms. Guests can enjoy a wellness beverage, bottle of wine or cocktails poolside with a spectacular view of Uptown Dallas. The cabanas are available for private reservations, and will include bottle service with add-on spa services including hydration facials, full body massages and nail touch ups.

Circo VIP memberships are available, and include exclusive privileges such as wine tastings, invitation to private events, spa services and priority table seating. For membership program information, please call 214-708-7383.

Circo is located in One Uptown, a luxury residential building, at 2619 McKinney Ave in Dallas, TX.
