Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie is pleased to announce the recent hire of Sarah Green as Pastry Chef. Her knowledge and experience in a variety of kitchens has the pastry team welcoming her with “Bisous Bisous” or “lots of love.”

Green has become a prominent name in Dallas’ culinary world having worked with many prestigious restaurants including Headington Companies (Joule Hotel, Wheelhouse, Sassetta, Mirador, Go-Go, and Commissary), Oak, and Café Momentum, among others. She was also named “2017 Pastry Chef of the Year” at the CultureMap TasteMaker Awards. A Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute graduate, she joined Bisous Bisous in September 2018 as Pastry Chef Support while also working as an instructor at El Centro Community College and as a consultant through her company, Pirate Cookies.

“We are excited to have Sarah continue to be a part of the Bisous Bisous family in a new role,” said Bisous Bisous Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer. “Her energy, passion, and standard of excellence shine, and I am excited for what this means for the future and growth of Bisous Bisous.”

Founded in 2015 by Andrea Meyer, CultureMap TasteMaker Award’s “2019 Pastry Chef of the Year,” Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie specializes in a large variety of French-style pastries made from scratch daily utilizing the finest ingredients, including its signature French Macarons, cruffins, croissants, tarts, éclairs, and custom-made cakes.
