Bullion To-Go Introduces New Market Items & Meal Kits

Social distancing requirements that first shuttered Dallas restaurants have changed the face of dining in the city, and the public has come to rely on curbside dining for nightly meals. Casual fare is common and plentiful, but those looking for haute cuisine in the comfort of their own homes are demanding more.

Recently, Bullion – known for its contemporary French cuisine – launched BTG: Bullion To-Go. The brasserie menu to-go and creative beverage experiences offer an online market for safe, home delivery of uncommon items that meet Bullion’s acclaimed high standards.

“We’ve been thrilled that customers are finding BTG as a resource for everything from a Tuesday night dinner to creating a small but impressive in-home gathering,” said Jason Cotton, Vice President of Labora Hospitality.

New to the BTG offerings are Meal Kits, gourmet items, Pastry Kits and more for safe, home delivery.

Making their first appearances on BTG’s already impressive Market, Ribeye or Chicken Kabobs with saffron rice and vegetables; Beef Tenderloin Dinner with 8 oz filets, demi jus Brussels sprouts, rosemary garlic roasted potatoes, and Olive Parker Rolls; and a Wagyu Burger Kit with two pounds of ground wagyu beef, corn on the cob, potato salad, burger accoutrements and Bullion’s brioche buns are now available. Meal kits start at $32.

If patrons are wanting something else, fresh egg pastas like Fettucine, Wild Mushroom Agnolotti, Cheese Agnolotti and, for a limited time, Bullion’s Escargot Ravioli are ready to be served at their dining table. These pastas start at $8. New and updated butchery features selections of various cuts of beef, chicken, duck, venison, bison and more with chef-curated spice rubs also available.

Learn to make Bullion’s famous treat, a classic French profiterole, with a Gougéres Pastry Kit. At-home chefs will create these French choux pastry balls with a sweet and lovely filling of whipped cream.

Along with all of the above, smoked salmon, hummus and pita bread, Hudson Valley Foie Gras and a vast selection of over 7,500 bottles of French wine can also be found on BTG’s online menu.
