Taco Cabana, one of Texas’ favorite fast casual Mexican food chains, has introduced a line of new menu items. With QuesoMania, guests can enjoy three different styles of loaded queso, including one with corn, cotija cheese, and hot sauce, another with chorizo, beans and jalapeños, and a third with ground beef and pico de gallo. All are available in small and large sizes.
Tortas, a style of sandwich that is popular in Mexican food culture, is being launched with a filling of mango-habanero pulled pork topped with lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle crema. It’s available a la carte or as a plate with refried beans and rice.In addition, you can order the mango-habanero pulled pork as a soft taco, or in a cabana bowl, which includes refried beans, rice, lettuce, shredded cheese, chipotle crema and pico de gallo.
TC is also making some changes to it’s popular MargaritaPalooza. The Frose, MojitoRita, Prickly Pear, Passion Fruit and Star-Spangled Banner Margarita flavors will be retired, while adding new flavors of Green Apple, Pineapple Chamoy, Tamarindo, Spicy Guava, Sangria and Strawberry Mango.
