Holiday Movie Series at ArtPark Trinity Groves

With its green turf, lawn games, delicious menu and shipping container bars, ArtPark was a favorite hangout during the sun-dappled days of summer and fall. But it’s also the best place to be all winter long. That’s because ArtPark has outfitted its beer garden with heaters to keep you cozy even on the coldest days, as well as three outdoor fire pits. Gather round one of the large fires and pretend you’re camping—but with a full menu, a bar, clean bathrooms and blankets available for purchase. So, it’s more like “glamping.”

Saturdays and Sundays will also see the grill make an appearance, so visitors can enjoy some al fresco favorites plucked right off the hot grill. There’s also a new hot dog cart slinging Dirty Water Dogs (an affectionate nickname for New York’s famous push-cart hot dogs that sit in a seasoned bath of broth and spices) for just $3.

That’s not all. On December 3, ArtPark is launching a Holiday Movie Series. Every Friday night through Christmas Eve, enjoy a festive movie playing on all the outdoor screens. Showings begin at 6:30 will feature Family Food Packs, with hot dogs, soft drinks and chips.

            ArtPark Holiday Movie Series

            Dec 10 – The Grinch

Dec 17 – The Polar Express

Throughout the winter months, ArtPark is also serving hot cocktails and handheld pies. The latter includes Bourbon Bacon Pecan, Pumpkin S’more and Salted Caramel Apple. Nothing keeps you warm and happy like cocktails and pie.

There are ample reasons to visit ArtPark this winter, from movies to special menu items. Bring your friends and family, seat yourself near a heater or fire pit, and enjoy being outdoors this winter. Of course, if the weather is ever too much for you, you can always head into the restaurant to warm up.
