Inspired by Chef Tim Love’s global travels, Afternoon Tea at La Lotería is a delightful blend of tradition and innovation. Nestled in the iconic Stockyards, La Lotería stands as a sanctuary for connection, entertainment, work, dining, and relaxation. Now, for a limited time, non-members have the rare opportunity to explore the Backstage Club, a public space within La Lotería, offering a glimpse into the club’s distinct ambiance.
Guests, whether members or not, are invited to indulge in the Afternoon Tea experience in the Backstage Club, a room adjacent to the private club, providing a different vibe yet equally alluring. This limited-time offering is an exclusive chance for non-members to get a sneak peek into the specialty-crafted space of La Lotería.
When asked about the idea behind Afternoon Tea at the Backstage Club Chef Tim Love said, “Tea time isn’t just an old tradition; it’s a special moment to sit and unwind with delicious food and drink – it feels like an old story told through time. With La Lotería, I want to bring something fresh and new to the Stockyards, mixing old traditions with what people want today.”
He continued, “I’ve really enjoyed taking my girls to tea across the country and overseas – I know other families and friends will get something special out of this experience. I’m excited to share this with Fort Worth.”
Reservations for Afternoon Tea at La Lotería are required, as this limited-time event promises to be a sought-after experience during the holiday season.
Guests can anticipate an array of carefully curated savory and sweet selections, each bite and sip a testament to Love’s commitment to offering experiences suited for every taste. From cucumber and herbed Boursin sandwiches to Godiva Chocolate Profiterole, the Afternoon Tea experience will be a harmonious blend of flavors, echoing the vibrancy of Fort Worth.
