This new online venture will sell classic flavors like Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, and Peanut Butter alongside unique specialty offerings to customers across the USA.

Initial specialty cookie flavors include:

  • Stiffler’s Mom’s Apple Pie: Because you can’t call yourself Stiffler’s Mom’s Cookie Factory and NOT have an All-American Apple Pie cookie… This pie/cookie is made from shortbread dough, filled with apple pie filling and topped with vented piecrust
  • Peanut Butter Jelly Time: A classic twist on the PB&J utilizing peanut butter dough mixed with dollops of grape jelly
  • Banana Pudding: This twist on a Southern dessert classic is made with a sugar cookie dough mixed with banana pudding and vanilla wafers, then rolled in crumbled vanilla wafers
  • Crème Brulé: This shortbread cookie is topped with a torched sugar glaze. Moist on the inside with a crunch
  • Cinnamon Roll: Brown sugar dough is blended with cinnamon roll dough. A piping bag of icing is included with your order that you can warm up and pipe directly onto your cookies for that delicious warm cinnamon roll experience

Tammy and Rick Stiffler, renowned food vendors at the State Fair of Texas since 1990, have gained fame for Big Tex Taste Award-winning creations such as Fried S’mores, Fried Lemonade, and Fried Pumpkin Pie. Rooted in tradition, the Stiffler family holds a cherished recipe for chocolate chip cookies passed down through generations. In 2017, Tammy introduced Stiffler’s Mom’s Cookie Factory at the State Fair of Texas, sharing her family’s recipe with the world via a humorous nod to Stifler’s Mom who appeared in the 1999 film “American Pie”.

Since its inception, this beloved establishment has delighted fairgoers, selling hundreds of thousands of classic treats during the Fair’s 24-day run.
