Tande Thai distinguishes itself with an innovative take on Thai cuisine, led by Chef Paul Imjard’s background in Bangkok’s culinary landscape. Having honed his skills through the prestigious classical chef training program at Le Cordon Bleu, Imjard brings a depth of culinary expertise to the table. Tande Thai’s diverse menu ranges from lettuce wraps loaded with pork belly and fresh herbs to braised short ribs in Panang curry sauce to curated cocktails like an old-fashioned featuring a coconut water-infused ice cube and marries traditional Thai flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. Familiar dishes are elevated to new heights, resulting in an experience that is both sophisticated and approachable.

Chef Imjard’s journey began with his family’s inaugural venture into the food and beverage industry ten years ago, which fueled his passion for sharing Thai flavors and dedication to exceptional dining experiences. After a 15-year career in engineering and investment management, his longing to share his native culture’s cuisine led him to transition to the culinary world.
