Fearing’s Restaurant, inside The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, is thrilled to continue the “Wine Tour of the World with Paul Botamer” on April 25 at 7:30 p.m.! Paul is the luxury hotel and restaurant’s seasoned sommelier.
This series of wine education, tasting and discovery, highlights unique wines from across the globe. Guests will immerse themselves in the knowledge and tasting of unique varietals paired with a carefully selected five-course culinary menu to compliment the flavors of each highlighted region. This stop on the wine tour of the world will highlight Italian wines from various regions including Lombardy, Campania and more.
