Ramble Room Launches Late Spring Menu Additions

Ramble Room, the classic American restaurant from Dallas restaurateur Jon Alexis is embracing spring with lighter dishes on the menu. The spring menu additions include starters such as the Yellow Curry Mussels with cilantro, coconut, ginger and masala butter baguette; Crab & Corn Beignets; Beets & Fried Brie – blood orange, pistachio, frisee, aged balsamic vin; and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.

New entrees are available on the lunch and dinner menu such as the Seared Ahi Tuna Sandwich with wasabi slaw, chili aioli, pickled ginger, rice crisp and ponzu; Carb & Corn Bisque; Little Gem & Bibb Salad – radish, asparagus, zucchini, candied pecans, ricotta salata, sesame vin; and the Catch of the Day curated by sister spot TJ’s Seafood, served with pea and farro risotto, mint salad, blood orange emulsion.

Other dishes added to the dinner menu only include the Seared Scallops with forbidden rice succotash, bacon, saffron beurre blanc; Grilled Duroc Pork Chop (10 oz) and the 44 Farms Ribeye (16 oz).
