Launching Thursday, May 16 to coincide with National Aperitif Day, Carbone VINO invites guests to indulge in an exquisite selection of libations and delectable small plates, celebrating the timeless Italian tradition of the aperitivo.
From 5-7 PM daily, guests can immerse themselves in the charm of Carbone VINO’s candlelit trattoria ambiance while savoring an array of handcrafted cocktails and wines, meticulously curated to complement the flavors and traditions of Italy. The Aperitivo Hour menu offers a variety of wines and cocktails, including a refreshing Rosé Spritz, Spritz Americano, Calabrian Margarita and an invigorating Caffe Vino.
Complementing these libations will be an assortment of artisanal antipasti. Indulge in the bold flavors of spicy Manhattan mussels, delight in the freshness of tuna crudo or savor other elevated classics such as Mario’s mozzarella sticks, chicken parm sliders and Vino garlic knots.
