This fall, Dallas’ nightlife is set to be reinvigorated with the debut of Cash Cow Dallas, an exuberant and engaging venue crafted for those who embrace both work and play. Opening its doors on October 4, Cash Cow Dallas aims to elevate the nightlife experience in the city, distinguishing itself by offering unparalleled experiences in a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can indulge in expertly crafted cocktails, delectable light bites, and exceptional service, all enhanced by great music.
Situated in the bustling Good Latimer District of Deep Ellum, Cash Cow Dallas is spearheaded by dynamic CEO Grady Hunnicutt and his partner Alex Hurt. Their combined expertise—Hunnicutt’s notable successes in the nightlife sectors of Scottsdale and Los Angeles, alongside Hurt’s background in the oil and gas industry—positions them to make a substantial impact on the Dallas nightlife landscape.
To bring their vision to fruition, Hunnicutt and Hurt have assembled a formidable team of industry experts. Hospitality Director Henry Martinez, with a wealth of experience from prestigious nightlife groups such as Hakkasan Group, Drive This Entertainment, and The Light Group in Las Vegas, joins the initiative. Additionally, General Manager Jace Comeaux, a seasoned professional with deep roots in the local nightlife scene, will lend his expertise to further enrich the venue’s connection to the vibrant culture of Deep Ellum.
“Cash Cow Dallas embodies years of dedication within the industry and a fervent desire to craft remarkable nightlife experiences,” remarked CEO Grady Hunnicutt. “Our world-class team has meticulously designed a venue that exceeds all expectations.”
Spanning 7,000 square feet, Cash Cow Dallas features an open floorplan that includes 21 exclusive VIP booths, open seating options, and garage-style doors that seamlessly connect to a 900-square-foot patio. This thoughtful design allows guests to savor an afternoon cocktail or retreat from the dance floor for a more intimate conversation. The venue boasts a cutting-edge Vegas-style sound system and one of the largest LED walls in the Good Latimer entertainment district, complemented by 25 strategically placed TVs, ensuring an immersive audiovisual experience.

Beyond its striking design, Cash Cow Dallas will offer a vibrant array of craft cocktails and thoughtfully curated bottle and champagne packages, enhancing the overall energy of the venue with visually impressive presentations.
Unlike a traditional nightclub, Cash Cow Dallas promotes a sophisticated and lively nightlife experience. Whether stopping by for a casual drink, enjoying a night out with friends, or celebrating accomplishments with bottle service, Cash Cow is tailored for those who thrive in both work and play. The venue’s commitment to hospitality is evident in its unique on-theme bottle service presentations, designed to make every moment memorable and worthwhile. VIP Bottle Service includes an exquisite selection of spirits or champagne delivered to your reserved table, featuring inventive Miami/Vegas-style presentations, including LED displays and themed bottle service options like the Rodeo Rose, Oil Money, Gold Rush, and Moolah Maker.
Cash Cow Dallas will host a variety of entertainment, featuring a lineup of celebrity and resident DJs to keep the atmosphere lively on weekends. The venue is also equipped to host private events and corporate functions, catering to a range of celebrations.
As it embarks on this exciting journey, Cash Cow Dallas is poised to redefine nightlife in the area. The venue will officially open on Friday, October 4, at 402 N. Good Latimer Expy, Dallas, TX 75204.
