Culinary and hospitality professionals are invited to participate in Spain Fusion Dallas, an exclusive one-day event set for Tuesday, October 15, 2024. This immersive experience promises an insightful introduction to Spain’s distinguished culinary talent and esteemed gastronomic products. Following successful events in Germany, Switzerland, and Tokyo, this marks Texas’s inaugural opportunity to explore premium Spanish brands that are currently unavailable in the region.
Hosted by Vocento, the organization behind Spain’s acclaimed Madrid Fusion, this complimentary event offers an educational experience for the senses. Attendees will enjoy a day filled with exclusive panels, culinary demonstrations, tastings, and opportunities to engage with Spain’s leading exporters.
This year, Spain Fusion Dallas introduces exciting new offerings, including products from the Canary Islands and Michelin-starred delicacies such as fresh tuna, sea bass, artisanal jams, premium wines, cheeses, and Iberian ham, as well as a variety of traditional Spanish mojos (sauces). The programming features esteemed culinary talent, including Chef Danny Lledó from Washington D.C.’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Xiquet.
