Catch Hospitality Group Announces CATCH Dallas Opening Fall 2024

The dynamic trio behind Catch Hospitality Group—Tilman J. Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm—are buzzing with excitement as they unveil the grand opening of CATCH Dallas on November 8, 2024, in the historic Maple Terrace development in Uptown. This highly anticipated venue marks the eighth jewel in the crown of the acclaimed CATCH brand, following dazzling locations in Aspen, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami Beach.

“I can’t wait to bring the CATCH brand to the reimagined Maple Terrace,” said Tilman Fertitta, partner at Catch Hospitality Group. “Dallas is a fantastic market for us, and its ever-evolving culinary scene is simply amazing. We’re thrilled to be part of it and promise that our newest location will exceed expectations.”

CATCH’s shareable dining experience combines simple yet sophisticated seafood, sushi, and steak, all delivered with impeccable service and an electric atmosphere. CATCH Dallas will uphold the brand’s dedication to quality, featuring a standout Japanese sushi and Wagyu program. In addition to locally inspired dishes, the menu will spotlight beloved CATCH classics like the signature CATCH Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Mushroom Spaghetti, and Cantonese Lobster. Guests can also savor premier sushi selections from Tokyo’s Toyosu market and experience the unique tableside preparation of Japanese Wagyu on a sizzling hot rock—a taste of the experiential dining CATCH is bringing to Dallas.

“CATCH Dallas is our most eagerly awaited opening yet,” said Mark Birnbaum, partner at Catch Hospitality Group. “Our recent debut in Miami Beach offered a thrilling glimpse into our future, and we’re excited to introduce our signature blend of service, style, and cuisine to the vibrant Texas market.”

Situated at 3005 Maple Avenue, CATCH Dallas embodies the celebrated brand’s distinctive flair in the heart of the historic Maple Terrace. Designed by the renowned Rockwell Group—the creative minds behind CATCH locations in Las Vegas, Miami Beach, and CATCH Steak in New York City, Aspen, and Los Angeles—the venue masterfully blends modern elegance with historical charm. The design pays tribute to the area’s glamorous past, frequented by icons like Elvis Presley and Judy Garland, infusing the space with a lively sophistication. Inside, the stunning décor features antique mirrors, bold marble, sleek lacquer finishes, Venetian plaster, and rich contrasting woods.

The monumental main bar, adorned with tiered sapele wood risers, evokes the timeless glamour of the locale, while CATCH’s signature olive tree stands proudly at the center of the main dining room, surrounded by luxurious banquettes atop expansive marble surfaces. A chic two-level outdoor patio offers a stylish escape, complete with green-striped banquettes and a teal trellis draped under a striking striped canopy.

The Emerald Room, inspired by the glamorous Red Room at sister concept CATCH STEAK, offers 1,900 square feet of versatile private dining space—perfect for any intimate gathering or grand celebration. This stunning area boasts maximal floral wallcoverings, green lacquer paneling, leather banquettes, and copper accents at the bar, creating an elegant setting for both small and larger events. With direct access to a second-floor outdoor patio, it facilitates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Guests will also find playful nods to CATCH Steak’s signature eclectic animal portraits, showcased on the lacquered green gallery stairway.

“The Maple Terrace venue captures the essence of every CATCH establishment, and we’re confident it will serve as an incredible foundation for our team to deliver the elevated experiential dining we’re known for,” said Eugene Remm, partner at Catch Hospitality Group. “With a focus on refined cuisine and outstanding service, CATCH Dallas will continue our commitment to exceptional dining experiences in an energetic atmosphere.”
