Montage at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District is offering a Thanksgiving brunch buffet for $75 per person including stations for omelets, turkey, prime rib, and honey glazed ham with various sides, classic brunch pastries and various slices from Emporium Pies, and a five course pre-fixe dinner menu for $125 per person beginning with hot cider and closing with pie a la mode, brunch 10:30am-2:00pm and dinner 5:30-10:00pm, 214-736-7760.

Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet – $75pp from 10:30am to 2:00pm
- Charcuterie boards, lox + bagels, assorted artisanal pastries
- Individual yogurt station, fruit platters
- Action stations including omelets, turkey served with rosemary gravy and orange and cranberry relish, bone in prime rib served with perigord and chimichurri, and honey glazed ham with mustard gastrique and orange and cranberry relish
- Hot side offerings including loaded mashed potatoes, traditional stuffing, haricot verts, roasted brussels sprouts, honey glazed carrots and waffles
- Assorted slices from Dallas’ Emporium Pies
Pre-Fixe Thanksgiving Dinner – $125pp from 5:00pm to 10:00pm
- Amusé – hot cider served with Grand Marnier whipped cream
- 1st course – pumpkin panna cotta with duck fat seasoning, pomegranate and red watercress petite salad
- 2nd course – TX Bourbon blue crab bisque with seared crab cakes and braised black eyed peas
- 3rd course – choice of apple braised pork belly or pan seared foie gras served with port/grape compote, peanut brittle and toasted orange cranberry bread
- 4th course – roasted turkey breast and braised dark meat served with truffle potato casserole pave, green bean and salsify sauté, cornbread stuffing and gravy
- 5th course – pecan pie or apple pie a la mode
