Catch Hospitality Group Unveils Menu for CATCH Dallas Opening

Catch Hospitality Group (CHG), led by partners Tilman J. Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm, will bring the brand’s celebrated dining experience to the heart of Texas with the opening of CATCH Dallas on November 8, 2024. Marking the sixth market for the renowned hospitality group, CATCH Dallas will open within the iconic Maple Terrace development in Uptown Dallas, setting the stage for an elevated, social dining experience.

CATCH’s culinary team has curated a menu featuring modern renditions of classic dishes, centered around a shareable style of dining that marries simple, yet elegant seafood, sushi, and steak, complementing the brand’s lively vibe and excellent service. The CATCH Dallas menu will include quintessential CATCH dishes from the acclaimed concept, delivering a top-tier Japanese sushi and Wagyu program alongside an extensive beverage program.

Crafted for a shared dining experience, the CATCH Dallas menu encourages guests to enjoy each thoughtfully curated dish together beginning with shareable snacks ranging from Grilled Shishito Peppers and Pretzel Bread served with whipped honey-mustard butter, to fresh salads and raw bar offerings including Spinach Artichoke Salad tossed in a yuzu-miso vinaigrette and East Coast Oysters. Boasting an incredible sushi program, all signature sushi and sashimi-style dishes, including the iconic Truffle Sashimi, Rainbow Sashimi Pizza, and chef-curated Nigiri Platter, will feature fish flown in directly from Japan’s Toyosu Market. Notable specialty rolls will include the famous CATCH Roll composed of crab, salmon, and miso-honey, and the Hellfire Roll with spicy tuna two-ways, pear, and balsamic.

Guests can savor many of the beloved CATCH classics the brand has become known for, such as the Crispy ShrimpBaked King Crab Hand Rolls, Filet Skewers,and Crunchy Rice Cakes made with fresh tuna tartare. Larger format dishes will include the renowned Cantonese LobsterCrispy Whole Snapper, and notorious Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti, alongside a selection of steak cuts like the signature Truffle Butter Filet or Grass Fed NY Strip.

Dedicated to exceptional quality, CATCH Dallas’ menu will also feature a top-tier Wagyu program with an experiential Wagyu Hot Rock dish including options of A5 Kobe Beef, Olive Beef, and Snow Beef cooked tableside, and shareable Wagyu Fried Rice.

CATCH’s beverage menu will offer refreshing libations that complement every dish with specialty-crafted cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and an extensive wine and sake list.
