
Nuri Steakhouse has added Florida Stone Crab to the menu, available during Stone Crab Season now through May 1st with limited supplies each night.
Florida Stone Crab Claws are renowned for their sweet, tender meat and are also a responsible, eco-conscious choice for diners. Stone Crab Claws are unique in that only their claws are harvested, allowing the crabs to return to the ocean and regenerate.
As Nuri Executive Chef Mario Hernandez explains, “We buy directly from the fisherman off the boats to ensure we have superior freshness. They have highly regulated fishing practices with specific traps used, only one claw may be removed, specific claw lengths, and no egg-bearing crabs may be kept.”
Nuri is offering large claws for $24 each and jumbo claws for $48 each. The crab claws are paired with Nuri’s signature Dijonnaise featuring a blend of wasabi, spicy Korean mustard, Dijon, yuzu, and Worcestershire.
