Wok Star Chinese Launches New Cocktail Menu and Flavorful Dishes

Wok Star Chinese, the modern concept with Chinese roots in a lively setting, has launched an entirely new cocktail menu along with an enticing selection of new dishes. 

Wok Star’s refreshed cocktail menu features an array of innovative drinks, carefully crafted to complement its dynamic menu. Each drink gives a nod to pop songs integrating the restaurant’s fun culture of a make-you-want-to-move playlist while enjoying mouthwatering drinks and food.

Guests can expect cocktails including Material Girl – a tropical pineapple ginger rum punch, featuring Malibu Rum, strawberry puree mixed with pineapple juice, and Intense Ginger liqueur; Purple Rain – a lavender martini with Tito’s Vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lavender simple syrup, topped with a smoke bubble for a dramatic presentation; Kharma Chameleon – a ginger gimlet made with Fix Vodka, Intense Ginger, simple syrup, and lime juice; Super Freak – a peach and jalapeno margarita with Socorro Anejo, Mathilde Peche, peach puree, jalapeno, and lime juice; Hey Jude – an amaretto prosecco sour, combining Disaronno, prosecco, and lemon juice; New York, New York – a cosmopolitan made with Tito’s Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime juice – a sophisticated choice for those who enjoy a classic; and Good Vibrations – a caramel apple old fashioned made with Crown Apple Bourbon, bitters, and caramel syrup, served with a salted rim for a sweet and savory flavor combination.

Alongside the cocktail menu, Wok Star has introduced several new dishes, designed to offer bold flavors and creative presentations. The additions include items such as the Crispy Cauliflower – lightly fried cauliflower served with your choice of sauce (General Tso’s, orange or sesame); Honey Garlic Shrimp – lightly crispy with bell pepper, cilantro, glazed in a spicy honey garlic sauce; Steak & Shrimp – wok-stirred with honey, bell pepper, broccoli, onion, water chestnut, mushroom and black pepper sauce; Hot Garlic Pork – tender pork seared and sliced with cabbage, carrot, onion, jalapeno, green onion, red bell pepper and fried tofu in a spicy garlic sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy the new Wok Star Mango Pudding – mango topped caramel; and the Tempura Fried Mochi Ice Cream – mochi ice cream wrapped in a crispy tempura batter and fried to perfection with flavor options including cookies & cream, strawberry, vanilla or a combination.
