Wiseman, formerly the Global Beverage Director for Bar Lab Hospitality, has left an indelible imprint on cocktail culture through her award-winning programs at the Broken Shaker bars in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. Celebrated for a style that merges irreverent creativity with exacting technique, she continues to redefine what is possible behind the bar.
